If the people who write the negative reviews (and I use the term loosely) put even half the effort into their critiques that I put into the book, then maybe I would actually take something they said seriously. I mean, people give me one star in every category and then they write things like "this sucks" or "juvenile" or (my personal favorite) "next." How can you take a bad rating seriously when all someone writes is one damn word????

Any author would be a fool to think that everyone who reads their work will like it. The only way you could be a bigger fool? Be one of the people who writes these lame blurbs that pass for "reviews!" Apparently no one in school ever taught them that negative adjectives alone don't mean you wrote a review. You want to say it sucks? Fine, but then BACK IT UP!!!
