Summary
"Bruise" chronicles the adventures of the eponymous rock band striving for glory in the early 1990s music business. It centers on the adventures of three brothers and a friend who decide to get together in a rock band and aim for the top. The brothers are fiery characters, fond of drink and women and get into a plethora of sticky situations on their travels throughout Ireland as they build up the band's reputation. This is a tale of excitement, pain, heartbreak and perseverance along the lines of the work of Paul Howard (Ross O Carroll-Kelly)and Roddy Doyle.
