Writer’s Note
Old Habits aims to connect directly with humans from all walks of life. Adonis is the well-behaved son of a wealthy CEO. But his journeys take him down rather foreign territory. He almost gets murdered by a hit man, the police, and a narcissistic demon conjurer. He slowly begins to become frustrated and disinterested with the victims that Kimaris, the demon inside him, claims, and, somehow, finds compassion for a drug dealer/pimp and fortune teller (the latter of whom he feels cons people more than the former). Though the story focuses mostly on a figure some people would (at first glance) love to one day become, it is the subtle interactions with minor characters that virtually everyone can appreciate.
