Writer’s Note
This novel has been a long time and liters of Aquavit in coming. The writing was a marvel of the modern computer age. My computer died in the first few weeks of production, forcing me to scrounge for keyboard time. The manuscript is stored on a USB drive that I have carried with me looking for opportunities to use a computer. I've been to libraries until they kicked me out for humming ABBA songs too loud. I went to the airport and borrowed computers from sleepy businessmen. I even managed to sneak into the offices of a local insurance company to write a few chapters. In the end, I think I managed to make a good story. Enjoy.
