Summary
Setting in Magee,Ms. Joe Pudd is a seemingly retarded redneck in trouble with the law, E Z lucerne. Joe's best friend Tootlum Shanks accompanies him as they rob houses, blow up trucks, get drunk and run dope. Joe shacks up with Mavis Pruitt in her trailer.Under stress Joe becomes a completely different person with the skills of a highly trained commando. Afterwards, he remembers nothing. After a severe car wreck Joe finds his past and what a surprise.
Writer’s Note
This story is written in the narrative scene intentionally. It is difficult to do. I have also written stories all in dialogue with no narrative scene. They are more difficult.
