  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp black mustard seeds (optional)
  • 3 dried chillies , broken in half, seeds removed (optional)

To serve
  • Fresh coriander/cilantro sprigs (optional)
  • Steamed basmati rice


Instructions :
